Trusted Nurse Staffing is looking for a creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing campaigns. You should be comfortable looking at campaign performance analytics and offering creative solutions to stretch our reach. A strong understanding of PPC, SEO and website optimization is highly preferred. Developing social media content and strategies will also be in your wheelhouse, so content writing experience is a major plus.

  • Develop and manage paid search, display, retargeting, SEO/SEM

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence and ad campaigns

  • Manage website optimization and create goals and benchmarks to meet

  • Create landing pages and forms

  • Write content for website and social media channels

  • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance

  • Collaborate with business development team to identify new market opportunities

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for marketing strategies


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in leading digital marketing PPC, SEO/SEM, and display advertising

  • Google AdWords experience required - AdWords Certification a plus

  • Understanding of social media platforms and experience managing social media strategies

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (i.E. Google Analytics)

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and sales-marketing funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments/testing

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices a plus
